Customers may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from VJ Tools company. Any questions about this license can be asked using our support system.
VJ Tools reserves the right to change this license at any time.
Each provided product is open-source software.
Each purchased product is provided under GPL license with a valid one-year customer support and updates license for a single installation on a live site, if no other conditions are noted. Extensions can be installed on multiple servers, but support is provided for a single installation only.
The download link is sent to the customer right after purchase. In case of technical difficulties this may take up to 24 hours. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Modifications and ownership:
Customers may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of the products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of VJ Tools. All editorial content and graphics on our site may not be copied without written permission of VJ Tools. Reuse of any editorial content and graphics from vj-tools.com for any purpose without our permission is strictly prohibited.
Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
Customers are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit their purposes. Customers may not change or remove the copyright information in the header of the files included in the purchased product. Customers have the ability to order code changes required for their needs as custom development.
Support:
VJ Tools offers support as a part of purchase for one year. Questions can be asked via our support system. We try our best to respond within 24 hours, but we can't guarantee it.
Updates/Upgrades:
VJ Tools developers do their best to design components for the latest version of software these products are supposed to run on, but we can give no guarantee that the product will run with future versions of said software. Customers, however, receive one year of updates (where available) for purchased extensions. Extended support and updates are available on purchase of the extended support subscription.
Refunds:
VJ Tools provides digital software products.
If customers find a bug in our product, they are welcome to let us know via our support system. Finding a bug is not a reason to request a refund. The bug customer informed us about will be fixed in the next update for the product.
If customers experience problems installing and using our products, they are welcome to request help via our support system.
Since there is a great amount of possible server configurations, and it is impossible for us to test our products on every platform, we provide help in getting our products up and running on the customer's server. If customers are unable to install and use as appropriate the product they purchased in 30 days after buying it, they are welcome to ask our help to get the software work on their server. To achieve this we will need access to necessary software and tools like: ftp, database, admin console. If we fail to get our software up and running on the customer's server then we will provide a refund. If the customer can't provide us with necessary access, then we will not be able to provide a refund.
